Speak Volumes

Drummer and composer Rino Sivathas, named Jazz Talent of the Year at Molde International Jazz Festival 2024, makes his debut as a bandleader with an album that fuses jazz, hip-hop and
electronic music into a soundscape of beats, synths and sparkling improvisation.

Speak Volumes is the product of years of slow-cooked ideas now realised as an energetic, unpredictable solo project. It's groovy, tight and jangling all at once; a fresh, open landscape where the listener is invited into the warmth. Sivathas has gathered some of the most exciting new voices on the Norwegian jazz scene, with each musician bringing their own personal touch to the music.
