Fred Paci
Hey guys, I’m Fred, a Canadian trumpeter, guitarist, and music producer. I performed with legends such as Aretha Franklin and Sarah McLachlan, and served 23 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a musician. I’m an active performer in Ottawa’s music scene, appearing regularly with ensembles including the National Arts Centre Orchestra, the Ottawa Jazz Orchestra, the Orpheus Musical Theatre Orchestra, and various jazz groups.
Since 2020, I’ve released a growing catalog of original music on digital streaming platforms. My work has been featured on multiple Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists, and my tracks have accumulated over 100 million streams worldwide. I mainly write Lofi, Chillhop, House, and Jazz music, hugely influenced by the great trumpet legends Clifford Brown, Chet Baker, Miles Davis, and Herb Alpert
